Linda Burwell presents at the AWI 2020 Virtual Conference

Linda Burwell and Eli Makus of Ellis & Makus LLP and incoming chair of AWI, presented at the AWI 2020 Annual Conference this month on “Tales from the Field: Relying on our Process to Tackle Complex Issues.” The session explored leading edge topics arising during and after an investigation such as: anonymous claimants; “he said, she said” situations where everyone is lying; #MeToo investigations; privacy and other concerns raised by using technology; and more.
